Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Merchandise Returns

We accept returns for physical merchandise only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong size was delivered.

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@thesportsfront.com.

2. Cancellations

Merchandise orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Memberships (Black Pass) are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
